People ask us the same questions before they join. Here are the answers, in plain language.
What does the customer get?
5% off the estimate for new customers who use a partner’s link or code. The code needs to be used when the estimate request is sent, and it cannot be combined with other offers unless we confirm in writing.
What does the partner earn?
3% of the job price before HST, calculated after the discount. It is earned once the referred customer has paid for the work. If a job is cancelled or refunded, the commission is cancelled or reduced to match.
How and when are partners paid?
By e-transfer or cheque. Balances under $50 wait until they reach that amount. Businesses that charge HST may need to send an invoice, and individuals may receive a T4A slip where the law requires it. Please check with your own accountant.
How long does approval take?
We review every application ourselves and email you when you are approved. You then get a link to set your password and a personal referral code.
What can partners see?
Your dashboard shows each referral’s first name, last initial, service, city and status, plus your earnings. Customers’ phone numbers, emails and addresses stay private.
