At Your Cabinet(“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are dedicated to providing exceptional renovation services and customer satisfaction. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.

    1. Cancellations

1.1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. For orders cancelled within this timeframe, a full refund will be granted.

1.2. Cancellation after 24 Hours

Orders cancelled after 24 hours from the time of placement may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the progress of your order and the costs incurred.

2.1. Non-Refundable Products

Due to the custom nature of our custom cabinets, stone countertops and renovation materials, we cannot offer refunds once the renovation process has begun or if the products have been installed. Please ensure that you review your order details and design specifications carefully before confirming your order.

2.2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your products arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required.

3.1. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the products must be in their original condition, unused, and properly packaged. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

3.2. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
